To better respond to the new challenges brought by this collaboration, Mr. Stavros Petridisoglou, Partner of AS, has taken over as coordinator of the Tax and Tax Technical Department, following the departure of Ms. T. Panou. Mr Petridisoglou specializes in Taxation of legal entities, corporate restructuring as well as corporate transformations (mergers, spin-offs and acquisitions). Furthermore, the department now has three directors with diverse specializations: Ms. Eleni Maragou, a specialist in VAT issues of Tax Representation and Real Estate, Ms. Maro Thomopoulou, a specialist in Taxation of legal entities and Transfer Pricing and, third, Ms. Aphrodite Vogdanidou, specializing in commercial law, mergers, company conversions, Tax Evaluation, etc.
